Make a bezel and bezel-cut definition of a Pierre
Use a wire bezel to surround the well cap, allowing the end bezel wire to overlap. Use cutters to cut flush with the bezel wire where it overlaps.
Bring the wire ends bezel, no spaces, and place it on a solder pad. Flux wire, place a small amount of solder on the Pallion hard to reach, then heat over the entire bezel with a soft, flame up thick that the flow soldering. Remove from heat, then put the telescope in the water. Soak the yarn in the brine, rinse and dry.
Test adjustment your glasses by pushing the car through the wire on each side, the adjustment should be very tight. If the telescope is too large, cut the seam (Remove the old solder), and resolder. If it is too small, it will run on a mandrel, or start over.
Solder the bezel to a plate by melting the both parties and by placing the solder paffions for they touch the two surfaces. Heat the plate with a soft cloth, until the flame welding thick bottom, then seal the bezel cup water. If the telescope is not welded to the plate, the pickle to remove flux residues, rinse and dry the cup bezel, then resolder.
Press the bezel into the cabin with thread or dental floss behind it to test the fit. The walls of the bezel cut should extend to just beyond the point where the stone begins to curve inward, if your telescope is bigger than that, it will overshadow your stone if it is shorter than that may not hold the stone securely. A general principle is that the telescope should be about one third as large as the stone.
If your telescope is too high, use dental floss to pop the car out of it. Reduce the height of your piece by sanding the dark side in a figure 8 motion on a piece of sandpaper placed on a flat surface.
Use a jewelers saw blade with a 2 / 0 to cut the top plate. File plaque remaining closer to the seat as desired.
Put the car in your room. See the glass as the face of a clock, and using a burnisher or bezel rocker, gently push the glass down on the stone, first to 12 hours, then in opposition to 6 hours. Repeat 3 and 9 o'clock positions. Smooth bezel burnisher pushed with rubbing on the outer edges with constant pressure. Place tape on the stone to protect it and use a pink rubber wheel in a flexible shaft to polish your hand jewelry piece.
This technique is ideal for handmade necklaces and the main rings.

The purpose of a screw-down crown is so that water does not enter the case. Another attribute that adds to the value of this watch is its unidirectional bezel. The purpose of this feature is so that you can adjust the time bezel to the minute hand to see how many minutes have gone by. The time hands, as well as the hour indicators, are both luminescent. This allows for the owner to view the time during the evening. The band for this series comes in either stainless steel metal or black urethane. In the metal band variation, the links come in matte finish. You will notice the double-locking clasp and how it gives added protection so that the watch does not come off inadvertently. Unlike the metal band, the urethane variation comes in a deployment clasp.
